These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and RemoveMyLevy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the RemoveMyLevy website (the “Site”) and all associated media, channels, mobile sites, and applications. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.   

We may post supplemental terms and conditions on the Site, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you use the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The information on this Site is not intended for use in jurisdictions where such use is illegal. Users accessing the Site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Violations may result in termination of your Site access.

6. Contribution License

We may use your information according to our Privacy Policy. By providing feedback, you agree we can use it without compensation. You retain ownership of your Contributions, but we are not liable for them.

7. Submissions

Any suggestions or feedback (“Submissions”) you provide become our property. We can use them for any purpose without compensating you.

We may monitor the Site, take legal action against violations, restrict access, remove content, and manage the Site to protect our rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Informal Negotiations: Parties must attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days before arbitration.
• Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.
• Restrictions: Arbitration is limited to individual disputes; no class actions.
• Exceptions: Intellectual property, theft, and injunctive relief disputes are not subject to arbitration.
• If any portion of the arbitration agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion is severed, and disputes are handled in florida courts.

14. Corrections

We may correct errors or omissions on the Site at any time.

15. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any errors, damages, or losses.

16. Limitations of Liability

21. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. We may assign our rights. No partnership or agency is created. We are not liable for events beyond our control.
